If your source location on a local computer is formatted in ReFS and the destination remote location is formatted into NTFS, you will receive the stated error. The destination filesystem must match the source file system. It appears to be a bug with ReFS.sys driver. For example, the file you are copying is smaller than 30 Kbytes and the destination file system is NTFS. The size of the file is fully supported by the destination file system. The file FileName.ext is too large for the destination file system. You are trying to copy a file from a local computer to a network drive or network folder and receive the following error:
